Shipping costs apply for all shipments outside the continental United States. Orders will be automatically sent through regular US postal services, unless the buyer requests specific shipping options before placing the order. (see shipping options)

The buyer should e-mail us their exact order with the exact shipping address + country + zip code. We will send the regular US postal services rate (+ other options if requested) that should be added to the total of the order placed through the website's payment system.

We also accept checks or money orders. For these options, send us a check or money order in US dollars at the following mailing address (in order to GREEN WAVE LLC) with the exact amount of your order (you will have the exact amount by simulating an order on this website) We will send you the products after acceptation of your payment by our bank.

Currency

SunClayTherapy has based its reputation on its high quality products and services. But if for any reasons you are not satisfied by a product and want to return it, we offer the option to refund your purchase (less shipping costs) as soon as we receive the product back to our warehouse.

You have 15 days - from the day the order is placed - to return the products. The shipping costs for all returns will be at the charge of the buyer.

Refund policy

Refund will be done through our servor system paypal. NO refund claim will be accepted after 60 days from the date the order has been placed.
