Sun-dried Clay :
The ultimate body detox & regeneration
Internal cleansing is essential but it may take some times before seeing results on the skin. Raw sun-dried clay is an incredible body detoxifyer for a daily internal and/or topical use. For therapeutic results, we recommend to use the green illite clay.
Topical use:
Apply a thick clay paste layer (1/8 to 1/4 inch) on the area(s) that need(s) to be treated (part or entire surface of the face and body) . You can protect the area with a cotton fabric and fix it with a bandage (don't cover with plastic). Depending on the thickness of the layer, leave it on between 20 minutes to one hour. Don't allow the clay to dry on the skin. It is a sign that you have to remove it. Do this every day, 2 times a day or once daily if you leave it all night long.
Internal use (drinkable clay)
Most of severe skin reactions come from a poor digestion and an excess of toxins in the body. Do a 20-day program of liver/colon cleanse by drinking raw sun-dried green illite clay, once or twice daily on a empty stomach.
For internal use, make sure that the clay you buy is certified raw (or virgin) , sun-dried, ultra-ventilated and food grade (content in heavy metal safety guaranteed). This is the reason why we recommend Argiletz ultra-ventilated green illite clay because it is the only clay that is officially certified for all the characterictic listed above. I have been using clay for over 20 years and never could find a better quality.
Preparation: Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw sun-dried ultra-ventilated clay in a full glass of natural spring water. Stir it and drink once or twice daily the all glass with the clay in the morning or at bedtime on a empty stomach. Drink a lot of water during the day and make sure you eat a lot of fibers.
For your diet, avoid mucus/acid forming foods such as starches, sugars, proteins. Eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables and fruits, and drink plenty of natural spring water such as Celtic, Evian, Volvic and Fiji. Read more about clay
