SunClayTherapy has based its reputation on its high quality products and services. But if for any reasons, you are not satisfied with a product and want to return it, we offer the option to refund your purchase (less shipping costs) as soon as we receive the product back to our warehouse.

Return & refund request: As soon as the buyer receive the products, he/she has 5 days to send us an e-mail (at info@ sunclaytherapy.com) to inform us of the reason of his/her disatisfaction. The product has to be sent back to us within those 5 days. The shipping costs are at the charge of the buyer. Any products that are not sent within the 5 days period will not be refunded. (US postal services' stamp as a proof of the day of shipment).

As soon as we receive the product back, we will proceed to the refund through PAYPAL or by check.
